Well-Being

At Pembroke Park we recognise that well-being lies at the heart of every child achieving our vision of “Every child. Every chance. Every day.”. We are committed to cultivating a learning environment that is safe, inclusive and emotionally supportive – one in which our children feel valued, understood and ready to thrive.
Our open-door culture and strong home-school partnership mean that any concerns about social, emotional or mental health are welcomed and addressed early. Our dedicated Home School Liaison Officer (HSLO) works alongside families, children and staff to support wellbeing, transitions, attendance and family needs – from everyday conversations to structured programmes around sleep routines, emotions, bereavement or positive parenting. In the classroom and beyond, we embed our PPARK values – respect, responsibility, resilience and kindness – into everyday interactions and recognise that personal well-being is integral to academic success and lifelong learning.
Through a rich programme of clubs, pastoral support, social and emotional learning, and a nurturing school community, we aim to equip our children not only with knowledge and skills, but with confidence, empathy and the emotional resilience to become the caring, responsible “Pembroke child” we celebrate.
