School Tours

We really encourage all potential applicants to visit the school. You cannot capture the “feel” and amazing culture at Pembroke Park in writing. School tours can be booked by emailing 2 or 3 days/times you are available to admin@pembrokeparkprimary.net and a member of the leadership team will get you booked in for one of these times where diaries allow. Please take a look at our Facebook page to see recent events and activities within the school

In-Year Admissions Arrangements

An "in-year admission" is an application at any other time other than the start of Year R (when all children are expected to change schools). This might happen if, for example. you move house and your child needs to move from one school to another.

If you are considering an in-year admission please contact Mrs Hewes in the first instance, who will be able to guide you through the admissions process.  Applicants will be considered in line with the determined Admission Policy.  Where the School has no spaces available, because the admission of another child would prejudice the efficient education of others at the School or would prejudice the efficient use of resources, the application will be refused and a right of appeal, as set out below will arise.

To apply for an in year place please complete the In-Year admissions form (and Supplementary Information Form if applicable) and return to Mrs Hewes in the School Office (please email or hard copies available on request).

The Trust aims to respond to in year admission requests within 10 school days (maximum time to respond is 15 school days).

We can accept applications up to one term in advance of the required start date. If your required start date is more than one term away and/or you already know that there are no spaces in your child's year group, you may ask to be placed on our waiting list. Please contact the School Office or email admin@pembrokeparkprimary.net

Vulnerable Child Applications

‘If you wish your application for a school place to be considered against the ‘Vulnerable Child’ criteria please ensure you submit all related evidence by the application deadline (15th January).  Any evidence received after this date will not be considered.  Further information can be found in the relevant year’s Admission Arrangements.’
